TweetDeck is an Adobe AIR desktop Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn[2] and MySpace application. Like other Twitter applications it interfaces with the Twitter API to allow users to send and receive tweets and view profiles. It is the most popular Twitter application with a 19% market share as of June 2009, following only the official Twitter.com website with 45.70% share for posting new status updates.[3] It is compatible with several operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.[4] An iPhone version was released on the 19th June 2009

Few businesses are utilizing the marketing value of Twitter.  Most folks I speak with have no interest in knowing their friend just had a great cup of coffee at the local coffee house.  And most business people have little time to monitor the enormous amount of tweets a person can receive in minutes.
